[Reupload] Airbus A340-200

Reupload of an old Airbus A340-200 mod for SA, which has been deleted from both it's original sources, but I was lucky to have the model on my old PC.

The model only has working ailerons (and that is, "ailerons", since it's actually the flaps), which happen to be a little odd, it also completely lacks LOD models (there's not even a AT-400 lod like in some SkylineGTRFreak mods without custom LOD models (A300-600R, A330-200, A330 MRTT, B777-200ER).. though it has lights which works at night! and I believe it was the first, actual FSX converted Airbus for SA.
